About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Wills & Estates Secretary to join our busy team supporting the Head of Department and one solicitor.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- liaising with clients and legal professionals;
- diary management;
- incoming/outgoing correspondence;
- bring ups;
- preparation of agendas for weekly meetings/file reviews;
- preparing legal documents and correspondence as instructed;
- preparing invoices;
- dictation;
- opening/closing files and general administrative assistance as required.
Qualifications and experience
We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and reliable person. To be successful in this role, you will:
- have 12 months experience in a law firm (desired but not essential);
- possess excellent time management and organisational skills;
- have the ability to provide high level client focused service with a demonstrated attention to detail;
- be proficient with Microsoft Office; and
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
