About the Position: Our client is seeking a dedicated full-time Lawyer to join their Wills & Estates team at their Townsville office. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established firm that values client satisfaction, career progression, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert legal advice on wills, estates, and succession planning
- Managing a variety of cases, including drafting wills, estate administration, and handling probate matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Managing files efficiently with impeccable attention to detail
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client communication, file maintenance, and organizational skills
- High level of proficiency in computer applications
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability

- Willingness to learn and excel in a team environment

- Must be admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland and hold a current Practising Certificate
- Experience in Succession Law is preferred, but applicants of all experience levels will be considered
