The Firm:
Located in Maroochydore, approximately a 5 minute walk from the beach, with friendly staff, this is a fun, challenging and rewarding place to work!
The Role:
We are looking for a dependable member of the team who can think on their feet and who is a team player. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day running of our front office.
Your typical duties will include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Meeting, greeting and assisting clients
- Keeping meeting rooms neat and tidy
- Collecting and distributing incoming mail
- Collating, preparing and sending mail
- Calendar control for our lawyers
- Opening/Closing files
- Banking
- Maintenance of office supplies
- Assisting with general overflow of work around the office
- Providing exceptional support to our team members and clients
About you:
As the first point of contact, we are looking for someone:
- with a friendly and professional telephone manner
- who is well presented
- with very good attention to detail
- with good listening skills and an enthusiastic attitude
- who is able to multi-task, quick learner and a team player
- who is proficient in Microsoft Office programs (particularly MS Word)
- who is well organised and enjoys meeting and helping people
- who has a strong client service focus
- who holds a current drivers licence
