Salary Ranging from $105,748.76 - $122,897.32 plus 11 % Superannuation Contribution p.a.
The Opportunity:
As our Contributions Advisor, you'll take charge of managing major strategic land use and planning policy projects. From crafting contributions plans to leading inclusive community consultation activities, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic planning framework. Your expertise will ensure the development and maintenance of a high-quality natural and built environment, fostering heritage preservation, liveable communities, and sustainable transport.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, Geography, Accounting, Business or Law and/or equivalent.
- Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of policies, relevant environmental and planning legislation and regulations with the ability to identify community and stakeholders’ requirements to guide strategy, policy, plans and actions.
- Experience in a similar role working within a multidisciplinary team of technical professionals on a range of projects.
- Demonstrated project management skills that facilitates the development, implementation and continual monitoring of strategic projects, programs and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to critically analyse issues and develop and implement appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrated well developed written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external and to negotiate outcomes and resolve conflict.
- Current Drivers Licence (Class C)
