Purpose of the job role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure the successful delivery, continuous improvement and ongoing support of Supply Chain Solutions like TMS/WMS/OMS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, design and implement IT solutions for projects and/or changes to existing services.
- Be the Manhattan WMS Subject Matter Expert, preferably Manhattan WMS.
- Act as the SME in requirements gathering & solutions design using sector specific skills/tools.
- Establishing, maintaining, and continually improving the health of the relationship between IT and key stakeholders.
- Manage customer relationships, expectations & communications for the IT component of projects & change.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and are of a high quality.
Required skills:
- Bachelor level degree or equivalent with project management experience.
- Essential 5+ years Manhattan WMS experience in configuration.
- Experience in delivering IT solutions to external customers.
- System Design with Industry product and/or application knowledge in Logistics and Warehousing
- Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills.
