Walalakoo Aboriginal Corporation, based in Derby, is a prominent organization representing the Nyikina Mangala people of the Kimberley region in Western Australia. Our vision is to be a self-sufficient organisation that adopts the worlds best practice in environmental and agricultural sustainability and provides social and material prosperity to Nyikina Mangala communities. We are seeking a Nyikina Mangala Womens Ranger Program Development Officer with a drive and passion to support our Traditional Owners of the Nyikina Mangala Determination area.
About the position
The position is an exciting opportunity to support and improve Nyikina Mangala Country. The successful candidate will assist in developing a plan and collective vision for looking after Country and build the basis of a womens Ranger Program.
This position is part-time 0.6 (FTE) Tasks & Key Responsibilities
