- TCSA Salaried Award, Clerk Grade 2, $84,034 Annual package (includes base salary $74,803 + 11% superannuation)

Our WHS team is searching for a proactive and enthusiastic WHS Coordinator to drive safety, Health and well-being projects and to promote a positive safety culture across the organisation.
About the Role…We are offering have an exciting opportunity for a WHS Coordinator/ WHS Officer eager to expand their skills in providing operational assistance to workers and managers. In this highly rewarding role, you will focus on building solid relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating to ensure they receive the support they need to achieve their key performance objectives. You will also lead safety training and health surveillance programs to ensure compliance.
No two days will be the same in this dynamic position!
This is a Monday to Friday role, 9am till 5pm.

- Drive Innovation: Play a pivotal role in developing and implementing safety and learning systems, ensuring our workplace remains in the forefront of safety practices.
- Data Detective: Dive into our incident register, meticulously ensuring data integrity, and uncovering trends that lead to actional insights for continuous improvement.
- People Champion: Support our workers' well-being by assisting in the management of worker's compensation, providing a caring and effective liaison between the worker and insurer.
- Safety Storyteller: Craft compelling WHS related content for our internal social media platform, engaging our team and fostering a culture of safety and well-being.
- Training Guru: Source and coordinate top-notch training and health monitoring services, maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Admin Aficionado: Juggle various administrative tasks with finesse, using your organisational skills to keep our WHS operations running smoothly.
Understand WHS processes and frameworks and have the skills to carry out and support the WHS specialists who ensure we follow legislation and remain compliant.
About You…We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Relevant experience in WHS and/or risk management, with a related qualification highly regarded.
- High proficiency in administration, particularly in Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to convert data into clear, informative graphs for reporting purposes.
- Excellent administration and time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships to actively reinforce and promote a positive safety culture across the organisation.
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check and a NSW driver's license
