You will be joining THE global leader in Health and Safety consultancy and software with over 135,000 clients worldwide and over 3,500 employees worldwide.This is a unique opportunity to utilise you health and safety knowledge in a imaginative and unconventional way! As a Work, Health & Safety Business Partner, you will leverage your technical writing skills to develop knowledge resources and transform H&S jargon into interesting and engaging content.
What will your day look like?
Knowledge is strength, and you’ll flex your brain every day! Typical responsibilities include:
- Proactively reviewing legislative changes across Australia and New Zealand and transform technical information into interesting and engaging content for both internal and external parties.
- Developing and improving knowledge resources for our internal teams and clients.
- Creation of applicable WHS documents which can include policies, manuals, handbooks, and procedures.
- Using your expertise to interpret any changes in Health and Safety trends and work with stakeholders to determine our stance.
- Answering any questions our Advice teams have about the latest laws and legislation.
The perfect fit for this role will have:
- 2-3 years Health & Safety working knowledge
- Qualifications in Health & Safety are highly regarded.
- An ability to understand and synthesise health and safety legislation and concepts
- Exposure to digital systems and strong tech/computer skills
- A background in technical and creative writing will also be highly regarded.
