AddressWe're currently partnering up with a personal injury Workers compensation industry leader. They are currently looking for a number of Technical Case Manager in their Tweed Heads office.
45 min drive from Gold Coast and office location across the road from the beach, you will be working in a rewarding role wheby you help indivuduals day in day out.
This role is open to anyone willing to relocate on a 12 month basis OR permanent and will require individuals with prior NSW Workers Compensation regulations knowledge

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and work with the team on solutions to maximise the effectiveness of case management.
- Provide technical support to the case managers where required
- Ensure claims teams achieve performance and KPA targets as set out as part of the business unit performance framework.
- In conjunction with the Team Leader identify, develop and implement effective strategies to support the achievement of key performance and remuneration measures.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong technical experience in NSW workers' compensation claims
- Proven experience coaching & mentoring case managers in the Workers compensation industry
- Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant NSW Workers compensation laws and the associated regulations
- You have previous experience working as a case manager or a Technical Specialist background
- Tertiary studies in Allied Health or Legislation is desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
