About the Opportunity
Reporting to the WFM Lead you will provide contract rostering support, acting as the contact between the varying Operational Support Centre (OSC) Workforce Management end users in a way that will meet the key performance indicators of the varying contracts in terms of roster management.
The Workforce Coordinator will also be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day maintenance of current and future rosters, while assisting in the development and delivery of strategic workforce management initiatives and regular contract engagement.
This role involves a rotating after-hours support requirement.
What you’ll be doing
- Complete end to end roster management including building rosters, optimisation and ad hoc contract requests.
- Managing backfill of vacancies.
- Build meaningful relationships with contracts and employees.
- Analysis and processing of roster variations and secondments.
- Process ad hoc demand changes for published rosters and a daily review of the flex requirements.
- Create solutions to problems and drive process improvements.
About you - your ideal skills & experience
- Experience with workforce management methodologies and working in a customer service environment.
- Experience with roster maintenance and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience of showing initiative to find process improvements and seeking more efficient ways of completing tasks
- Knowledge and application of Workforce Management Software systems with proven reporting capabilities.
- Planning and organisation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining clear priority on task allocation and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret data.
- Commitment to ownership and accountability.
