Overview
We are looking for Workforce Coordinator - Aged Care to be responsible for maintaining Human Resource requirements, such as PRD's, recruitment and retention of care workers, managing leave requests and rostering care workers across all home support programs (CHSP, HCP, TCP, NDIS, STRC, HACC) within Community Health.
In this role you will complete rosters and schedules to enable service delivery to clients and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, will work collaboratively with Care Coordinators and other health professionals to schedule the workforce to provide a comprehensive community care program.
