This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Home Care Packages in Victoria in a full time, permanent role.
As a Workforce Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support and leadership to our team of our HCP Service Coordinators in delivering safe, effective and personal care to our clients.In this role you:
- Provide leadership and support to Service Coordinators to enhance team performance and client-focused service delivery
- Liaise with clients and service providers to coordinate and confirm services, ensuring Care Connect systems are updated in accordance with authorised processes and quality standards
- Continuously analyse and monitor team workload to improve efficiency and effectiveness of care to our clients
- Support the Team Leader - Service Coordination in managing all daily workforce activities, implementing strategies and policies and assisting with monthly reporting
- Lead and embed a performance culture across the team, driving productivity across all team members to deliver on operational KPIS
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members
- Identify and appropriately escalate client risk, health & wellbeing matters in accordance with authorised processes and quality standards
- Complete administrative tasks associated with client needs and services
- Location: office located in Abbotsford, VIC
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in service coordination, with strong organisational and time management skills that enable you to multitask effectively. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills support your proactive approach to delivering high quality care. You possess a strong understanding of Aged Care legislation, program guidelines and standards and are dedicated to promoting positive client outcomes and supporting a collaborative team environment
You have ...
- An ability to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport
- Gained experience in the Microsoft Office suite, Client Management and other systems, with an ability to adapt to new technologies
- Attain the ability to manage data within CRM and Excel and RingCentral (or a like phone system) and run reports as required
- Successfully completed Year 12 or higher qualification
- In the absence of a completed qualification, a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high volume incoming phone contact role or related field with a proven track record of exceeding client expectations
- Immunisation record in line with VIC Health vaccination policy, or willingness to obtain, including Covid-19 vaccinations.
- To be considered for this role you must have full Australian working rights. Current Police & Working With Children Checks will be required - we can arrange police checks for successful candidates. Our selection process also includes psychometric assessment.
