This is an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for a Workforce Planning Specialist / Workforce Planner, who is looking for their next step in their career, with an ASX listed organisation delivering employee management services. What you will do As a permanent Workforce Planning Specialist / Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for optimising staffing across all NSW (up to 200 employees) inbound channels, driving efficiencies that positively contributes to the customer experience.
Development of forecasting and rostering/schedule modelling that maximises efficiencies & productivities
Monitoring and assessing KPIs to make recommendations
Call volume analysis of all inbound channels (email, administration, calls and chat) across all teams to accurately forecast, create schedules and adjust staffing based on real time data
Collaborate with team leaders and management
Develop and implement mitigation strategies when variances in resourcing occurs
Compliance with roster templates and leave planning

3+ years as a Workforce Planner/Planning Specialist, roster manager
Forecasting, planning experience with a strong operations background in call centre (financial services preferred)
Advanced Excel and analytical mindset
Proactive, solution focused attitude
Data forecasting/scheduling and use of workforce management theory, application, technologies and KPIs
Excellent stakeholder management skills
