This is an exciting full time, permanent opportunity for a Workforce Planning Specialist / Workforce Planner, who is looking for their next step in their career, with an ASX listed organisation delivering employee management services. You will be joining a customer-centric organisation who has won multiple CSIA awards from 2015-2023 and strive for excellence.

What you will do
As a permanent Workforce Planning Specialist / Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for optimising staffing across all NSW (up to 200 employees) inbound channels, driving efficiencies that positively contributes to the customer experience.

• Development of forecasting and rostering/schedule modelling that maximises efficiencies & productivities
• Monitoring and assessing KPIs to make recommendations
• Call volume analysis of all inbound channels (email, administration, calls and chat) across all teams to accurately forecast, create schedules and adjust staffing based on real time data
• Collaborate with team leaders and management
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies when variances in resourcing occurs
• Compliance with roster templates and leave planning

• 3+ years as a Workforce Planner/Planning Specialist, roster manager
• Forecasting, planning experience with a strong operations background in call centre (financial services preferred)
• Advanced Excel and analytical mindset
• Proactive, solution focused attitude
• Data forecasting/scheduling and use of workforce management theory, application, technologies and KPIs
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
