We are currently seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our vibrant team, based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. You will be tasked with providing subject matter expertise on the overall strategic deployment of staff resources across the business, to ensure that resourcing meets client demand for quality service delivery and maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the Home and Community Service operation. Private health insurance discounts An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family Duties and Responsibilities: Development of consistent workflows and system process, including the development and maintenance of appropriate training resources Audit actual staff attendance against the planned roster and alert the relevant teams of discrepancies. Identify and actively manage any foreseeable capacity gaps to ensure service delivery is optimised. Ensure rosters take into consideration workforce movements, staff availability and service delivery. In conjunction with key stakeholders effectively coordinate both planned and unplanned leave of staffing resources. Identify and assist operation leaders with the management of leave liabilities. Proactive forward planning of FTE requirements To be successful, you will have: Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in the execution of Workforce monitoring and reporting in a contact centre environment. In-depth experience in working in a large, complex scheduling environment, across a geographical disperse business group. Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) Highly computer-literate and strong knowledge of MS Office products Analytical skills, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills Willing to obtain annual flu vaccinations.
