About the position:

In this role, you will be responsible for strategically allocating our talented personnel to various projects and scheduled works and play a pivotal role in driving our business strategy forward. As our employees' central point of contact, you will provide support to ensure that our scheduled works are staffed with the best-matched individuals. Collaborate closely with our Recruitment, and training teams to ensure our candidates are fully prepared for their roles.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Identify and plan the allocation of human resources for projects and Shutdowns.
- Work closely with Account managers and Supervisors to ensure understanding of project mobilisation requirements.
- Allocate personnel to projects according to customer requirements and scope of work.
- Communicate Project information, including job confirmations, to crews.
- Create rosters for projects and communicate them to employees.
- Booking of accommodation for employees on projects.
- Employee care: Discuss availability and interest in upcoming projects with employees.
- Support the Training team through the mobilisation process, ensuring timely completion of the site (job ready) requirements, which enables employees to commence their roles.
- Support employees with after-hours correspondence.
- Previous experience in a similar role – Preferred
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment to achieve outstanding results.
- Diligent and dedicated commitment to completing tasks and achieving goals.
- Capable of efficiently managing tasks and maintaining productivity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
- Experience using computer software to manage and monitor resources.
- The ability to occasionally travel to the site and work outside regular hours.
- MS Excel – Intermediatory level skills.
- Familiarity with BMA and Glencore systems – Preferred.
- Strong knowledge of site training and compliance requirements.
