Aboutthe role
This newly created position will lead the recently centralised WorkforcePlanning team with an FTE of 13 who are responsible for the efficient andtimely rostering of our support workers to provide services to our community-basedcustomers. You will be instrumental in driving a continuous development andimprovement culture designed to enhance team efficiencies and add value to thecustomer and colleague experience.
DutiesInclude:
- Lead and develop the members of the newly formed Workforce Planning team.
- Develop and implement consistent customer service standards andpractices.
- Monitor and report on resource utilization to ensure sufficientresources are available.
- Collaborate with operational leads to forecast workforce priorities andgrowth requirements.
- Contribute to Senior Leadership Team projects and initiatives.
Whatwe're looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Leadership, Health and Community Servicesor similar, or working towards a relevant qualification.
- 3 to 5 years' proven experience leading teams in similar workingenvironments.
- Sound understanding and experience in the sector will be highlyregarded.
- Ability to create an environment that empowers individuals and the teamto deliver their best.
- Demonstrates initiative and constantly seeks to improve own and theteams' work processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
