About youWe are looking for applicants who have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, sound reasoning and innovative thinking to develop new solutions and efficiencies as we head towards a 2026 completion date for our new, world-class City Campus. Experience working within a P&C team utilising HRIS systems or a workforce/business planning background working with databases will be highly valued. The key responsibilities of this project focussed role include:
Enable and support ECU Leaders to undertake Workforce Planning using data and Analytics that support creating an exceptional employee experience, contemporary workforce and developing opportunities for new ways of working.
Ensure the development of workforce and analytical tools to assist insights and data-informed decisions across the employee lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including P&C, HRIS data administrators and other central reporting teams regarding coordination, preparation and delivery of workforce data.
