We have an opportunity for an inspirational Workforce Recruitment and Mobilisation Lead, responsible for leading a resourcing team to efficiently deliver high-volume resourcing requirements to CPB’s major Projects.
As a Workforce Recruitment and Mobilisation Lead, you will be responsible for managing efficient end-to-end recruitment for CPB’s direct Workforce and running an efficient onboarding for all CPB Contractor’s Salary, Wages, and Sub-contractors personnel to a wide range of construction Projects. You will create successful recruitment campaigns, understand market trends and track recruitment metrics, whilst fostering and coaching a ‘can-do’ culture within the team.
About you
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing a large volume of resourcing requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and build strong relationships at all levels
- Experienced managing and using HR/Recruitment/Mobilisation systems
- Experienced in workforce planning and reporting recruitment/onboarding metrics
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and direct a team
