Based out of Wollongong CBD, Support Worker Co is a fast-growing provider of staffing solutions to organisations across Australia. We have ambitious growth plans and now need more people to join our special journey and assist in scaling our business so that we can make a larger positive difference through our person-centric supports to more people across Australia.
Overview of the role:
- This is a specialist recruitment role within the Disability, Youth & Aged Care Sector.
- Manage your own recruitment campaigns from start to finish and attract the best talent for various providers across Australia.
- Be part of a tight knit recruitment team where you are supported, valued and can contribute your ideas and enjoy working from our new Wollongong CBD office!
- Demonstrated paid experience working in high volume internal recruitment, ideally in the Community Services Sector (Disability, Youth and/or Aged Care).
- Experience using recruitment software, JobAdder preferred.
- Highly organised: you are able to multitask and work on multiple recruitment campaigns at once to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work within an office environment Monday-Friday.
