POSITION DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will hold a Diploma in Children's Services and will join our Chisholm service. They will also be given the opportunity to be recognised as aWorking Towards Early Childhood Teacher.
As a Working Towards Early Childhood Teacher, you will mentor and guide the educational team in their understanding of St Nicholas policies and procedures, and lead and inspire the service’s team in their continuous improvement of high-quality practices and pedagogy.
EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA
- An approved Diploma qualification in Children's Services as identified by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority
- Evidence of enrolment (currently studying) in an Early Childhood Teaching degree as identified by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority
- Child protection qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
- Working with Children Check verification number
