Role Overview: We are seeking a Regional Manager for Partnerships and Sales Management to lead strategic initiatives within a designated state or region. This role is instrumental in fostering key partnerships, driving sales growth, and advancing sustainability objectives within the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic partnerships and sales initiatives within the designated state or region.
- Optimize performance across a network of wholesale partnerships
- Maximize wholesaler sales and brand promotion within partnership network
- Ensure exceptional partnership experiences and adherence to business standards and expectations.
- Report through to the CEO and head of client services.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial data analysis to improve profitability.
- Build a manage a local team supported by head office
- Govern cost control and deliver cost efficiencies through a business owner mindset.
- Build credible relationships with key stakeholders and engage as one team in achieving goals.
- Proven leadership experience in regional or state management.
- Background in technical operations is desirable.
- Ability to build credible relationships and prioritize customer satisfaction.
