What this opportunity involves:
The Workplace Experience Lead' primary goal is to deliver exceptional & memorable experiences through supporting colleagues and their work, regardless of where that is. This role reports to the Senior Facilities Manager and is located in Barangaroo.
The Workplace Experience Lead creates a welcoming atmosphere and is the primary point of contact for colleagues and their visitors. A Leads' core focus will be to lead the team in developing and delivering an unrivalled experience for colleagues and visitors by driving community related events and partnerships.
A snapshot of the role:
- Welcome visitors and build a professional and friendly rapport with colleagues within the OpenWork space
- Be the "go-to" person for all workplace matters; answer questions and take action to deliver effective solutions
- Deliver an un-compromised colleague experience through curated events based on the employees' interests
- Create a collaborative environment amongst colleagues across the workplace promoting Future of Work behaviours and drive community engagement between colleagues
- Develop relationships with colleagues and proactively understand their needs
- Make recommendations on how to improve the overall employee experience
- Work alongside the Catering Events team to brainstorm, plan and organise events, relating to the community's interests
- Introduce innovative technical solutions to increase Customer Experience, to gain engagement with events and to demonstrate efficiency through these tech solutions

- Be curious about entrepreneurial communities and start-ups
- Have a great sense of teamwork, accountability, mindfulness, and the willingness to go the extra mile for the users and your team
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understand how to interpret and use feedback in order to increase service levels and enhance key touch points. Be competent in translating feedback data to the client
- Be knowledgeable about current and future technology resources that are available in the industry to offer an enhanced hybrid service
2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, events, sales or related industries or Prior experience in co-working, real estate or start-up experience would be an advantage
University Degree holder is an advantage
