We are on the hunt for a dynamic Workplace Relations Officer – Communication and Change to manage our internal communication efforts and support enterprise bargaining projects. Reporting to the General Manager – Industrial Relations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Visy People team in relation to key activities requiring communications support ensuring our messages resonate across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Execute Communication Plans: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies for our enterprise bargaining projects, ensuring alignment with Visy’s strategic goals.
- Employee Engagement: Craft messages that resonate with our team, fostering understanding and engagement during the bargaining process.
- Support Change Management: Assist in preparing and communicating changes resulting from enterprise bargaining, ensuring seamless adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR, Workplace Relations Managers, and site managers to deliver consistent and effective communication.
- Content Creation: Develop clear, concise, and engaging communication materials for various platforms including emails, intranet, and social media.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Proven track record in end-to-end communications planning and delivery, particularly in a workplace or industrial relations context.
- Skills: Exceptional writing and digital communication abilities, adept at translating complex information into plain English.
- Influence: Strong advocacy skills with the ability to impact engagement and drive positive discussions.
- Organization: Superior time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
