The opportunity
The Sydney office Workplace Relations & Safety team advises on large construction and mining sites advising a range of interesting and challenging legal issues. You will be part of a team which assists its clients to find solutions to complex Workplace Relations and safety issues. Opportunity to interact with clients and attend various work sites, gaining valuable industry experience. You will also represent clients in relation to safety/regulatory safety prosecutions.
Exceptional Legal Professional Required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- PQE 2-4 years’ experience.
- Experience working within an established and reputable employment and safety law practice.
- Proven experience of providing advice on employment and safety matters, as well as litigation experience.
- Good knowledge of the safety law and risk management.
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- A growth mindset.
