Liift is currently seeking experienced, engaging, energetic and inclusive Workplace Contract Trainers and Assessors to deliver and assess the below qualifications and units of Competencies;
- CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- CHC32015 - Certificate III in Community Services
- HLT31220 - Certificate III in Basic Health Care
- HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting.
- HLTAID011 - Provide first aid.

About the Role:
As a Trainer and Assessor with Liift, your primary responsibilities are to deliver and assess learners according to your session plan. Providing timely feedback, support and mentoring as they complete their qualification. You will also need to submit completed student work on a course completion basis and participate in validation and moderation, while maintaining a level of professional development.
What you’ll need:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or (TAE40116) or equivalent
- Current Industry Currency
- Relevant Vocational Qualifications / UoC equivalent or above
- 2+ years’ experience in teaching and /or educational services
- 2+ years’ experience in relevant industry
- Strong knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for RTOs (2015)
- Familiar and confident with the blended mode of teaching and learning tools and related technology including Learning and Student Management software systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- A strong commitment to quality and compliance
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the VET standards.
- Ability and desire to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
- Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contractual requirements.
