Your role
As part of an experienced and knowledgeable Client Solutions team you will be an integral part of our fitout completion service and the MPA client for life philosophy.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will take responsibility for the coordination and management of a range of maintenance and warranty works. You will co-ordinating site inspections with subcontractors and clients, manage warranty contracts, hands-on fix of minor things, where qualified, and supervise works to completion ensuring all related documentation is to standard.
What you need
Coming from a similar role in Construction, Maintenance or Facilities Management, you will ideally have a trade background with proven experience in managing maintenance and warranty requests, supervising subcontractors across a range of trades and working to service level agreements.
Customer service focus is critical. In this client facing role you will have the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, ensuring issues are manage to contractual obligations and client satisfaction is maintained.
You will be highly organised, with a proven ability to manage compliance databases. Experience with Vista and Procore would be advantageous but not essential.
