About the role
As the Works Readiness Advisor, you are integral to the success of V/Line's Asset Management and performance Group.
The purpose of this position is to facilitate review of planned works on the V/Line network, to ensure the criteria and timelines defined in the relevant procedures are met.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Building professional relationships and engaging key stakeholders of different statures within the organisation.
- Implementing the Works Readiness Procedure.
- Coordinating and preparing well-structured reports and dashboards
- Lead Works Readiness meetings, including taking minutes and agendas, following up of actions, organising meetings and distributing communications.
Presenting concise and accurate information to management to support informed decision making. - Assist in planning and scheduling administrative tasks.

- Proven experience working in intensive stakeholder engagement roles where you are required to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong computer (MS office 365) and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated Written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration for this position will be in line with the V/Line Rail Operations and Administrative Employees Agreement 2019 Current employees are expected to remain in their role for a minimum of 12 months before applying to new positions within V/Line.
