Join our Maintenance and Delivery North team as a Works Supervisor, based in Narrabri, NSW. This is a permanent role will see you lead a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of road maintenance and construction works to ensure delivery in accordance with time, quality and scope requirements.

About you
You are a driven individual with leadership experience in the road construction and/or maintenance industry, looking for an opportunity to lead a team in the delivery of significant infrastructure projects.
In addition to your extensive road construction and maintenance experience, you are confident both working within and leading construction staff, contractors and subcontractors on site. Your collaborative mindset, enthusiasm and great communication skills allow you to manage staff effectively, while your time management and organisational skills will allow you to stay in control in a dynamic environment.
Ideally you will hold qualifications in frontline leadership and/or Civil Construction and hold relevant licenses/ tickets such as Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan (PWZTMP).
This role will involve working on site at various projects throughout the Narrabri region, and therefore you must possess a current motor vehicle driver's licence and be available to attend after hour's emergency callouts/work outside normal working hours when required.
