AddressQetra is a Western Australian multi-disciplinary engineering contractor, providing services to the resources, energy, and infrastructure industries. We provide a range of solutions from fabrication through to management, construction, inspection and commissioning.
Due to ongoing expansion and pipeline of work, Qetra are seeking a Leading Hand for our Wangara workshop where we execute a range of fabrication and assembly projects including cast ins, structural steel, piping, chutes, platework and more.
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the industry
- Trade Certificate – Pipe fitter and/or boiler maker
- OHS Construction Card (White/Blue Card)
- Shift duration from 8 hours - 12 hours
- Rostered weekend work
- Occasional site work if desired
- Work in a safe manner at all times
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Reliable transport
- Reliable & punctual
- Preferred – experience with fabrication across various disciplines
- Preferred – coded welding experience using FCAW and GTAW processes
- Preferred – assembly and/or construction experience
