About the company:Our client is an established structural steel company based in Brisbane who are looking to grow their team.About the Role:They are seeking an experienced Workshop Leading Hand who is welding certified. In your new role you would be responsible for ensuring the standard and safety of projects are met.Duties:

• Liaise regularly with the workshop Manager
• Fabrication ITPs daily
• Ensuring all welding is up to standard and employees are adhering to safety standards
• Resolve workshop related issues
• Regularly updating the systems used

Experience and skills:

• Welding certified
• Previous experience as a lead or similar
• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards
