This Workshop Supervisor position involves both managerial and technical responsibilities, requiring occasional overtime. Responsibilities:- Workshop Management - Supervise day-to-day workshop operations. - Provide technical oversight for manufacturing and overhaul tasks. Compliance and Safety - Ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Maintain ISO9001, 45001, and 14001 standards. Asset and Inventory Management: - Manage company assets, including servicing and maintenance. - Collaborate on inventory control and procurement. Productivity and Workflow: - Drive cost control and productivity improvements. - Liaise on workflows with Directors/Managers/Field Service Supervisors. Human Resources and Relationships: - Address HR needs within the workshop team. - Foster relationships with stakeholders. Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.- Qualification: Mechanical or Engineering background.- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills.- Citizenship: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.- Certifications: General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
