Are you a skilled mechanic with a passion for agricultural equipment? Tasmanian Berries, an innovative and expanding business in Central, Northern Tasmania, is seeking a Workshop Supervisor/Farm Mechanic to play a vital role in keeping our farm operations running smoothly.

Tasmanian Berries is a family owned, innovative and ever-expanding berry business in Central Northern Tasmania. The Business operates over three farm sites, comprising over 50 hectares of hydroponically grown strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, producing premium quality fresh berries for the Australian domestic market.

The Role
As our Workshop Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person for all things mechanical, working with a variety of equipment, including tractors, implements, diesel buses, farm utes, and mowers. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our machinery's efficiency and ensuring seamless farm operations.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- A qualified Mechanic will be highly regarded. However, an experienced maintenance person would be successful in the position.
- Previous experience working with tractors, buses, trucks, and agricultural equipment is essential.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Possession of a Full Driver’s License or LR license is preferred.
