We are currently seeking 2 highly motivated and hands-on Team Leaders to lead, coach and develop an assigned team of technicians. This is a full-time role that requires leadership skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Supervising the workmanship and performance of the Workshop Team
- Manage the workflow of the team and resources to ensure quality outputs are made to meet customer expectations
- Liaise and report back to service managers
- Work in conjunction with the service team to minimise expense and maximise profitability
- Take a lead role in training apprentices
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Experienced Diesel Mechanic technician
- Excellent attention to quality and procedures
- Computer literate
- Ability to liaise with customers, peers, co-workers and all levels of management
- Previous supervisory / leadership experience
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Current drivers & forklift license
