Reporting to the Operations Manager, the full-time Yard Supervisor looks after a team of approximately 10 yard employees and forklift drivers to get orders ready on time and in full.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the yard team on day to day running of the yard
- Assist with unloading and preparing orders
- Train the team, onboard new starters and assist with roster creation
- Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements and run "toolbox talks"
- Greet and serve all customers to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Keep the yard neat and tidy at all times
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading people
- Prior experience in the Timber and Hardware industry is advantageous
- A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships
- Ability to grow and develop yourself and the business
- Exceptional time management skills
- Achieving high levels of productivity and efficiency from staff
