About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity as our YES Program Manager within our Revenue and Credit team. Our ‘Your Energy Support’ (YES) Program supports Aurora Energy’s vulnerable customers through empathetic and tailored assistance provided by our team of hardship professionals. The YES Program Manager will lead the day to day operations of the team, collaborating with key stakeholders to maximise the reach of the program, while having a focus on continuous improvement.
About You
You’ll have a strong customer focus, demonstrating empathy and sensitivity to provide our vulnerable customers with a customer-centric experience; you’ll do this whilst driving strong financial returns and sustainable commercial outcomes that support Aurora Energy’s strategic aspirations. You will be an adaptable communicator, capable of building strong relationships with key community and welfare organisations to ensure the program has maximum reach and is fit for purpose. Your proven leadership experience will see you guide the team through continuous improvement activities and positively influence a high-performance culture that demonstrates Aurora Energy’s Vision, Purpose and Values.
