Youth Job Coach Bunbury, WA About the RoleThe Youth Job Coach is responsible for providing intensive person centred case management and mentorship to approximately 50 Transition to Work (TtW) participants, aged 15-24.
The role will include undertaking ‘direct employer marketing’, providing individual support and the running of facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants. You will undertake detailed assessments, set goals, stabilise non-vocational issues, improve vocational skills, refer to a range of services and motivate and assist the young person find sustainable employment or re-enter education and provide post placement support. This position is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis and is based at our Bunbury site.
You’ll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week. You will still receive the remuneration of a full time employee in addition to the ability to salary sacrifice.
