Established in 2016 as a Harcourts office we have rebranded to a COCO office and have over 300 properties under management and sold over 650 properties in the Nth Gold Coast.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT POSITION
We are looking for a dedicated team player to join our Rental Department, who will be offered support, encouragement and a competitive salary package including bonuses, take home car (for the right applicant), Laptop and mobile phone.
- Have a minimum 12 months experience in property management.
- Hold a valid Real Estate Sales certificate/ or licence
- It is a portfolio based role
- Hold a current QLD Driver’s Licence
- Exceptional organisational, computer and time management skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude!
- Have a professional personal presentation.
- Demonstrated customer service and organisation skills.
SALES AGENT POSITION
As a Sales Agent at COCO Real Estate Gold Coast, you will work in a fun dynamic team in Northern Gold Coast. Once part of a national real estate group and now a successful boutique agency that offers exceptional service. We have a rent roll and will support with listings and prospecting activities. Please note this is not a trainee position experienced agents only and Northern Gold Coast experience would be an advantage.
- Prospecting
- Listing & selling residential property.
- Market appraisals
- Negotiating and managing the sales process
- Conducting buyer inspections and open homes
- Building & maintaining clients for life
** Role is Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week
The successful applicant will possess.
- Current Qld Real Estate Licence or Certificate
- Be able to work on Saturday.
- Hold a current drivers licence.
- Own your own car.
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent knowledge of current legislation
- A thorough understanding of the sales process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be proactive.
- Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- You will have excellent presentation.
