1St, 2Nd Or 3Rd Year Apprentice Chef

Balthazar Restaurant and Wine Bar have an exciting opportunity for a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice that wants to learn the trade with a professional, supportive, and passionate kitchen team. 

We are seeking for passionate and motivated hard working individuals. As an Apprentice Chef, you will work alongside our qualified Chefs, assisting in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. 

The position provides the opportunity to learn and build experience in a commercial kitchen environment. We pride ourselves on excellent service and the quality of our food.

- Excellent communication skills 
 
Requirements: 
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Flexible to work late nights and Saturdays
- Previous experience in a kitchen would be advantageous
