About the Role:
Are you an experienced and highly skilled Project Coordinator with a passion for Learning and Development? We have two, fixed term opportunities within our team as Project Coordinators Learning and Development. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the successful delivery of training projects, providing expert advice to senior management and key stakeholders and ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities of the role include planning, coordinating project implementation and ensuring project outcomes through effective control tools. You will coordinate program activities, monitor compliance and provide regular progress reports. Additionally, you will develop and maintain document control procedures for reporting, planning, budgets and risks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop stakeholder management skills as you will foster relationships with stakeholders and senior management, identifying emerging issues and initiating risk management.
You may be required to travel State-wide on occasion. A company pool vehicle will be provided.

About You:
To be considered for this role you will require.
- A degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Experience managing and coordinating projects and an understanding of project management methodologies
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a member of a small team
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed organisational skills and ability to set priorities and meet tight work demands
- Ability to build working relationships, liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders
