This is a full-time opportunity which entails working 4 shifts on and 4 days off per week. You will be responsible for providing day to day fleet management and scheduling of on farm collections.Key elements of your role will include:

• Every day running of shifts and coordination of operations
• Leading a team of Tanker Drivers
• Coordinating run sheets and pick up routes
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
• Accurate and complete record-keeping and reporting as required
• Maintaining high-level communications and working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders

About you

• Prior experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or another related field
• Ability to engage and lead a large team.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Dairy industry or other manufacturing experience
