Primary Responsibilities
- Client prospecting and lead generation.
- Assisting with open homes and inspections.
- Handling prospective buyer enquiries.
- Pre-settlement inspections.
- Pre & post appraisals follow up.
- Vendor liaison.
- Networking.
- Database management.
- Gathering market intelligence.
- Social media marketing.
To succeed in this role you'll have:

- A current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License (or be willing to obtain one ASAP).
