  • Early February starts for experienced call centre specialists (ideally 1 years call centre experience within the last 2 years)

Your Next Role:
  • 6-month role full- time casual role starting in February 2023 (casual (temp) then perm after the 6 months)
  • Mon-Fri 8.30-5pm onsite in a modern and bright office (consistent full time hours each week)
  • First 3 months spent onsite before moving to a flexible hybrid working arrangement
  • 4-6 week training programme to get you set up in the role!
  • Handling a large volume of inbound queries through calling, emails and chats within the Health Insurance sector
  • Supportive and bubbly team environment
What You Need:
  • AU or NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency as this role may transition to permanent after the first 6 months
  • Minimum of 1 years recent experience handling complex inbound calls (healthcare industry is a bonus)
  • Confidence in working with numbers and maths
  • Full-time availability across Mon- Fri
  • Happy to work onsite in the Geelong office
  • Can do attitude and resilience
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Double vaxxed against COVID-19 as this role is fully onsite
