This is an inbound customer service role, where you will be assisting customers with there quires and providing technical support at an operator level. You will be providing support to customers via phone, web and email.
About the role.

• Answering incoming calls, responding to questions and enquiries
• Data Entry and processing of jobs
• Liaise with customers offering updates on daily operational events
• Answering live chats from the website

What we are looking for.

• This role would suit someone with 1 - 2 years' experience working within a Call Centre environment
• Clear and confident communications skills
• Excellent Computer and Administration skills are required..
• Being able to work effectively in a team environment often having to multi-task

The role is based in Mulgrave with free onsite parking!
