Inbound Sales/Service Scheduler

We are an established leader in the pest control industry, servicing both the commercial and domestic markets throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an Inbound Sales/Service Schedulerto join our friendly Clifton Hill based team to book new jobs, and coordinate and manage our field service technicians across Melbourne

Our office is a quick 2 minute walk from Clifton Hill train station, and there is ample street parking. We are also within a 5 minute walk to the vibrant Queens Parade shopping precinct.

If you have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced small office then this is the position for you!

The role:

3 days per week: 8.00am - 5.00pm (Mon, Tues, Wed)

Your daily duties will involve liaising with customers taking bookings, scheduling and coordinating field staff. You will prioritize bookings based on work/contract type, customer priority and urgency of the issue, while ensuring all interactions with customers are timely, professional and supportive of their requirements.

The successful candidate will possess the following;

• Good knowledge of Melbourne suburbs and surrounding areas

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop effective business relationships
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Top notch computer and data entry skills with high attention to detail

• Previous experience working in a  trades/service/coordinating/ scheduling role
