As a Customer Service Inbound Consultant, you will manage the effective resolution of customer enquiries, orders and concerns based on the customers preferred contact method (namely but not limited to phone calls) in a professional and timely manner.
The successful applicant will have a high level of competency with the ability to work with multiple systems, including SAP, Salesforce and MS Suite, especially Excel. You will possess excellent communication skills, take ownership and pride in your performance, establish and develop professional customer relationships and work as a collaborative team member.
What your day to day will look like:

  • Provide efficient quality Customer Service by achieving a better understanding of customer needs, resolving customer problems, and continuously improving service performance and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Correct entry of data to ensure correct accounting of transactions and to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer details held on our system.
  • 100 % attendance to all product training classes, with the aim of gaining a clear understanding of all the products and services Milwaukee has to offer.
  • Meet and exceed KPI's in relation to your department this includes but is not limited to, call monitoring, data accuracy and Customer Service standards.
  • Report all customer complaints and services requirements to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction.
  • Performing Ad-hoc duties as per requested by management team depending on that the incumbent possess the required knowledge, skills and attitude.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role within a call centre or Customer Service division.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standard of professionalism and integrity.
