About your new role:
- Before School Care shift 7:00am - 9:00am and After School Care shift 2:00pm - 6:00pm + 2 hours Administration hours.
- Are you a creative, dynamic, and engaging educator? Support in leading our established team as the assistant coordinator/manager.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
- Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the childcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Either already qualified or in the process of obtaining an ACECQA recognised qualification which includes studies in Teaching, Education Support, Children’s Services just to name a few. For the full list of ACECQA recognised qualifications please visit www.acecqa.gov.au .
