Established business servicing several leading suppliers to Bunnings, experienced leadership and support.
The Role
Responsible for the states retail Bunnings account - your role will be both operational and some strategic, seeing you execute the strategy for customers as well as coaching and leading your sales team to continued success.
This role requires a natural leader who can act as cultural change agent, delivering breakthrough levels of improvement in process and people capability. Your proven ability to lead informal structures, set direction and influence key stakeholders at all levels will be critical to your success in inspiring and help lead your team with a compelling vision on how they can continue to deliver ongoing benefit to their customers.
Supported by an accomplished State Manager, you will thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. A passion for the consumer sector and a track record of delivering growth will drive your success in this challenging and rewarding role.
About You
You will be passionate, tenacious and a natural leader with conviction and an apt understanding of how to best manage and motivate your team to ensure ultimate market penetration
Ideally you will also have:
- A proven background in coaching and inspiring sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- A good understanding of change management principles
- Experience managing teams remotely
- Practical knowledge of Retailer/ Business concepts
- High level of commercial acumen
- Well organised, disciplined and thorough in your approach, with strong attention to detail
