The Role
- Oversee and manage all aspects of L&D initiatives within the organization.
- Lead, develop, and manage the L&D team to ensure effective program delivery.
- Regularly review and update training needs analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Foster productive relationships with Managers and Workplace Trainers to implement L&D initiatives.
- Design, deliver, and coordinate training and induction programs effectively.
- Manage employer incentives, funding opportunities, and compliance with VET regulations.
- Oversee the Graduate Program, ensuring successful completion and support mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Training Providers, Australian Apprenticeship Centres, and Registered Training Organisations.
- Enhance the usability of I Leader, including training and reporting improvements.
- Develop and update work instructions, WHS, and QA documents as required.
- Ensure the achievement of annual objectives and contribute to key business activities.
- Proven experience working within a similar, Learning and Development position.
- Ideally you will have experience working within food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Tertiary qualification within Human Resources or business related discipline.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to conduct in depth training needs analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to travel interstate to multiple sites.
