Form of workWe are seeking an enthusiastic 2IC/Educational Leader to lead and implement effective and pedagogical programming, support and guide our children to ensure a high-quality educational program is delivered.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Minimum diploma qualified
- Well-organised and excellent time management skills
- Willingness to learn and share skills and knowledge
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYLF and NQS and being able to use this knowledge to implement an age-appropriate program
- Genuine interest in our children and community
- Minimum one year experience as 2IC/Educational Leader in Early Childhood settings
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and digital fluently
- Team player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback, and reflects upon best practices, work in collaboration with other leaders and their team
- Current First Aid, CPR, and WWCC
- Strong leadership abilities that display respect, dignity, direction and ability to inspire and influence other educators
- Strong ability to create vision and ability to communicate that vision
